“ I have worked over 15 years in the food industry as a general manager the last year, I started coming to fast eddies to play pool in a league I personally spend over 50 every time we came most of the time we got great service we also got that service. We got deny service and we also got cold food and mainly by one waitress made it impossible for us to have a good time Taylor. She will tell us things like that's not my section and not your waitlist that's not my job so she walks around with a sweater so you never know if she is under the clock I dread coming here just because I know she's gonna be here and not even say hi I DO LOVE TROY NEW THE MANAGER. HE'S ON TOP OF HIS GAME. “ I used to go more frequently about 10 years ago at this location, and then moved back into the area a year ago and started going again - suffice to say: Positives HUGE improvement on wait times for orders - even when the place is busy you don't wait much for drinks (and kitchen is fairly quick too). BIG difference from 8 years ago or so when it was usual to wait 10 minutes to get a drink Staff is friendly, easy-going & polite Staff also has great teamwork and actually seem to like each other (which is kinda nice) Last several times I've been here, operation runs smoothly even with a large crowd Plenty of parking and easy to leave (sometimes this is a factor) Bathrooms much cleaner than years back (and the place no longer smells like an ashtray!!!) Haven't had them yet...but funnel cake fries & marshmallow stuff looks GOOD Negatives - Food menu is kinda limited - 13 Cover charge for UFC PPVs is a bit rich (better than paying full price, but still) - They got rod of the COMFY couches - The blue sour kid drink goes down too FAST! ”
